E & J Elite Plumbing was established in 2014 by Eli Vargas and James Bond.  Eli and James have worked side by side in the plumbing industry in the Central Valley for 18 years, becoming experts in the trade.  Having a shared vision, they decided to establish E & J Elite Plumbing 4 years ago.  Both Eli and James have nearly 40 years of combined experience in commercial, residential remodel, and residential service plumbing.
